Solstice Health, a healthcare provider that has spent a decade building a direct primary care model in Wisconsin, has now secured $21.0M in Series A funding to expand its unique approach to surgical services. The company, founded in 2012, is the first of its kind to offer both direct primary and surgical care under one umbrella, aiming to eliminate insurance and middlemen from the entire patient journey.

This model allows Solstice Health to provide best-in-class surgeries at rates 70-80% lower than large hospital systems, bundling all costs from board-certified surgeons, anesthesiologists, and facility fees into one transparent bill.
